Top Concierge Questions
Can I get a cost for your concierge services?
Our concierge services are separately priced and vary based on the provider and specific service. You will only pay for what you request—there is no extra fee added to your booking. We will provide you with a clear price before we confirm any service.
Can I add your concierge services after I’ve booked a vacation home?
Of course. Reach out any time before your stay to add services. For time-sensitive items like private chefs or grocery delivery, earlier is better as some local vendors have limited availability during peak seasons.
Do you have suggestions so I can research my destination?
Yes. Explore our New England destination guide for dining ideas, outdoor and indoor activities, and favorite local experiences. We also welcome requests for tailored recommendations.
