5. No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 15.

6. The indoor fireplace is not to be used under any circumstances. Any guest to be found in violation of this rule will be subject to damages and a fine.

7. Please do not to hang on or use the rain chains located on the property. These decorative features are delicate and are not designed for supporting weight.

8. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Please enjoy your meals in the kitchen or dining spaces.

9. Dispose of all garbage in trash bins. Dumpsters are located in the neighborhood. Host can give you instructions to dispose of trash. Guest is also welcome to use our trash service, which allows guests to leave all trash in the garage, and we will dispose of it for you for a $30 charge. If trash is left in the home, the guest will be charged the trash service fee.

10. Please keep close eye on small children when on the balcony and in hot tub. Hot tub is located on porch and children need supervision while using.

11. No pets allowed. We apologize for any inconvenience but no pets are allowed on the property, including visitors. Any guest found in violation of this rule will be subject to damages and fines.

12. Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb

13. Wash the dishes, and dispose of the garbage before checkout. Please reach out to host for directions to dumpsters.
